Guests must be able to walk on paved surfaces. There are steps and steep curbs in some areas. This tour is not for people with mobility restrictions and it is not wheelchair accessible. This tour is not recommended for people with back or walking issues or limitations. Guests must be able to climb 30 stairs on their own. However, luggage, walkers, and strollers are permitted. Participants should be aware that there may be up to four steps to access the transportation vessel. Massage and showers are not included and will have a separate fee. There are no height restrictions. This tour is not recommend for smaller children under two years old, for mineral in the mud can be painful in their eyes; also, it might be difficult for them to go down muddy stairs without slipping or falling. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women as it can be very slippery.
